Conflict is inherent in any relationship...
A relationship without conflict is one without honesty...
No one is perfect, we all have egos and should express them honestly even if it leads to contest between the parties involved...the honesty should go further and include discussions to establish the causes and the corrections necessary to stabilize the contention... let go...don't assume you're right and the only one that is right
