Shoot first then figure out how to get a way with it... COPS are the new thugs... seems like you need to open carry to protect yourself from the police...I would never call the cops for some unarmed crazy on the street and I haven't, seriously, as a cop is supposed to have the training to take a man down physically first without resorting to shooting someone unnecessarily, cops are weak nowadays, the sign of a real man, a real cop was if you didn't have to use a gun because you were strong enough to take the suspect down physically...like I've said, anybody who needs a gun to protect themselves first without taking the whole situation into consideration is dumb and weak, hope you have a nice fucking weekend gun owners...

A cell phone video uploaded to Facebook Wednesday shows several officers chasing down the fleeing man, who had his hands in the air, and then firing multiple rounds at him.
Police have not yet released the man's identity.
The stop occurred after the man was acting erratically by the roadway. Officers were responding to a complaint that the man threw a rock at a passing vehicle.
According to the Tri-city Herald, Police tried to shock him with a Taser, but it had little effect on him, said Ben Patrick, who was just yards away in the grocery store parking lot with his family when the shooting happened.
"The guy was trying to pull the Taser (prongs) out of his arm," a witness said.
The man allegedly ran towards officers who immediately began firing at him. After being shot at the first time, the man took off running, with his hands in the air. The second video shows him trying to surrender to police when multiple shots are fired at him, killing him.
"I really thought they were just going walk up and tackle or tase him," the witness said. "But they opened fire. His back was turned."
"He turned around to take off running, and the cops just shot him," she said. "All he was trying to do was walk away."
After executing the man, in front of children, the police then cuffed his dead body.
Police spokesman Capt. Ken Roske released few details after the shooting. He confirmed three officers were involved though he declined to release their names or talk about who fired.
The man was obviously mentally unstable. However, he did not deserve to be executed by police for his actions. This incident is a new low that illustrates the extreme cowardice of these police officers.
