Isaac Asimov's Illustrated Advice on Learning Till the Day You Die

How many nights have you spent curled up on your couch delirious with wonder?

How many great figures from history do you yearn to converse with?

How many books are on your to-read list?

How many questions do you ask?

You could have a single book on your to-read list or a thousand; you could ask one big, whoa-dude question or a query a thousand curiosities. The quantity of your questions and the magnitude of your answers matter not. What matters is whether you are filled with the desire integral to all wise lives. The desire…
To know.
To know for no apparent reason.
To argue for the sake of argument.
To question for no particular answer.
To hunger for knowledge more than food.
To buy more books than there are hours to read them.
The readers who recognize those drives know what I'm talking about.
I know, because it takes one to know one.
Issac Assimov also knew, and this Zen Pencils comic, featuring an illustrated quote from Assimov, shows just how much.
I suspect you'll recognize yourself in this comic.
